All in the details: what our labels reveal

Scents that tell tales 

As you may already know, our fragrances are created to both recall precious memories and create new ones for years to come. However, what you may not have realized is that there is a story behind each and every detail in our candles, including the labels that adorn the handmade ceramic jars.

While many think the red stamp refers to an expiration date, in actuality, it memorializes the date that the particular scent was created.

No. 1 The Beginning, for instance, just turned four years old as it was born on February 18, 2018. Meanwhile, another of our best-selling scents, No. 7 Seven Miles, was created on January 18, 2021.

And our number and naming conventions are no different ... each tells its own story. Take. No. 0324 Aging Spirits, for example: this rich and uplifting scent was created by our founder Alicia to capture the essence of New O - a favorite destination of Alicia's, including where she chose to celebrate her big day. T number 0324 represents the date of the event, March 24th. The whole story behind the scent can be found in our other post here.
